以5种苹果砧木为试材,研究其种子萌发和出苗特性。结果表明,小金海棠需层积35d,小金大果海棠需45d,茂县三叶海棠、喜马拉雅山定子需55 d,盐源山定子需65d。小金大果海棠的发芽率和出苗率均最高,且显著高于其它4种;小金海棠次之;茂县三叶海棠居中;喜马拉雅山定子、盐源山定子的发芽率和出苗率均较低。5种苹果砧木种子的发芽率和出苗率达到显著差异水平,且出苗率均在70%以上,但层积时间差异较大。 |

The purpose of this study was to elucidate the germination percentage and rate of sprout of five apple rootstock. The results showed that the stratification time of Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang was 35 days, Malus toringoide was 45days, Malus sieboldii and Malus rockii Rehder were 55days, Malus baccata (L.) Borkh. was 65days. The germination percentage and rate of emergence of Malus toringoide all were highest, and significant high to other. Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang was second, Malus sieboldi iwa mediacy, Malus rockii Rehder and Malus baccata (L.) Borkh. were on the low side. There were best notable difference in the germination percentage and rate of sprout, the rate of sprout all were higher 70%, but the stratification time had evidently different. |
