以我国江西省抚州市南城县麻姑山的野生毛花猕猴桃雄株为材料,对其花粉活力进行测定。结果表明,供试的16个不同雄株的花粉活力之间存在显著差异,其中No.14、No.8和No.12活性分别为88.87%、87.80%和82.80%,均显著高于其他13个雄株。活性大于50%的雄株有No.13、9、16、4,它们的活性依次递减;而活性小于50%的雄株有No.6、1、2、15、5、11、3、10、7,其活性依次降低;No.10与No.7花粉活性最弱,分别为20.53%和16.72%,显著低于其他雄株。花粉活性的测定与比较可为毛花猕猴桃优良授粉品种的选择提供参考。 |

It was determined the pollen active ability with wild Actinidia eriantha Benth varienties from Magu mountain in the city of Nancheng in Jiangxi province Fuzhou city. The results showed that there were significant differences among the sixteen male plants. The pollen active ability of No.14, No.8 and No.12 were 88.87%, 87.80%and 82.80% respactively, significantly higher than the others. The pollen active ability of No.13, 9, 16, 4 were over 50%, and they were decreasing; while No.6, 1, 2, 15, 5, 11, 3, 10, 7 were less than 50%,which were descending. The pollen active ability of No.10 and No.7 were 20.53% and 16.72% that were the weakest and much lower than others. The experiment could provide scientific basis for selecting appropriate pollinators of Actinidia eriantha Benth. |
