为了比较分析湖北秭归地区引进的夏橙优良品种的品质,以密耐、康倍尔、红夏橙、无籽和斯加哥斯等5个夏橙品种为试验材料,从果实外观品质、果实经济性状以及对果实品质各项指标的相关性进行了测定和分析。结果表明,斯加哥斯夏橙果实大,且硬度最大,耐贮性极好,但可溶性固形物含量和出汁率偏低;密耐夏橙的可溶性固形物与可滴定酸含量的比值较高,口感好,果实硬度适中;不同夏橙品种果实的硬度、维生素C含量等指标之间存在显著的相关性,夏橙果实各个指标之间存在着显著或者极显著的正相关或负相关性。 |

In order to comparatively analyze the quality of valencia superior varieties which introducted from the region of Zigui in Hubei, the correlation between these indicators such as appearance quality, economic traits of quality of the valencia was measured and analyzed on five Valencia varieties which are resistant to Midnight Valencia Orange, Campbell Valencia Orange, Rhode Red Valencia Orange, Seedless Valencia Orange and Skaggas Valencia Orange .The results showed that Skaggas Valencia Orange,with Valencia orange fruit large, and the maximum hardness,excellent storability, but its content of soluble solids and juice rate is low; Midnight Valencia Orange with higher ratio of soluble solids and titratable acid content, good taste, moderate hardness; and there were significant or highly significant positive correlation or negative correlation between the various indicators that are fruit firmness, content of vitamin C of different Valencia orange. |
