      调查31份湖北板栗种质资源叶片的13个形态特征和6个相对特征,用非加权配对算术平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析,同时用RAPD分子标记方法进行检测,综合研究湖北板栗种质资源的遗传多样性。叶片形态研究结果表明:不同板栗资源之间叶片形态差异显著,其中叶尖基部宽、叶尖长和叶柄长等3个指标变异幅度较大。RAPD检测结果显示10个引物共扩增出70个条带,其中61个条带具有多样性,多态条带比率(PPL)为87.1%,根据资源间遗传相似性系数的UPGMA法聚类,可将湖北板栗资源分为4类。
英文摘要:
      Statistical analysis of 13 morphological characteristics and 6 relative values of chestnut leaves were conducted within 31 chestnut germplasms, and clustering analysis of these 31 chestnut was performed with UPGMA method.Furthermore, RAPD markers were used to evaluate the genetic diversity of these chestnut resources. The leaf morphologic results showed that there were significant differences among these chestnut resources, and the mutation range of base width of leaf tip, length of leaf tip and length of leaf stalk were more variable. And RAPD analysis showed that 70 bands were amplified by 10 selected RAPD primers, and 61 bands were polymorphic loci (Percentage of polymorphic loci, PPL=87.1%).The Hubei chestnut resources could divide into 4 groups based on genetic coefficient clustering analysis by UPGMA.
