      采用温室盆栽法测定了5种Strobilurin类杀菌剂对草莓白粉病的杀菌活性。结果表明,嘧菌酯、醚菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、肟菌酯和苯醚菌酯对草莓白粉病均表现出很高的杀菌活性,其EC50分别为27.78、22.51、9.05、3.52和3.17 mg/L,活性排序依次为嘧菌酯<醚菌酯<吡唑醚菌酯<肟菌酯<苯醚菌酯,苯醚菌酯和肟菌酯的杀菌活性要显著高于嘧菌酯和醚菌酯。此研究结果可以为草莓白粉病的田间防治提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Bioactivities of five strobilurin fungicides were studied and compared by pot experiment against powdery mildew of strawberry in greenhouse.The results showed that azoxystrobin、kresoxim-methyl、pyraclostrobin、trifloxystrobin and ZJ0712 had high antifungal activity against powdery mildew of strawberry,EC50 values of the five strobilurin fungicides were 27.78、22.51、9.05、3.52 and 3.17 mg/L,respectively.The results indicated that the orders of bioactivity to powdery mildew of strawberry were azoxystrobin < kresoxim-methyl < pyraclostrobin < trifloxystrobin < ZJ0712, antifungal activities of ZJ0712 and trifloxystrobin were significantly higher than that of azoxystrobin and kresoxim-methyl.The results provided basis for reasonably fungicides choice and field control of powdery mildew of strawberry.
