      粗皮果的出现严重降低了库尔勒香梨果实的商品性。研究粗皮果与正常果品质及矿质营养差异,初步明确粗皮果发病原因。以正常果为对照,分析了粗皮果与正常果单果重、硬度、可溶性固形物含量(SSC)、可滴定酸含量(TA)、Vc和果皮颜色等品质指标的差异,并对N、Ca、K、Mg、P、B等6种矿质元素进行了比较。结果表明,粗皮果单果重、硬度、TA均显著高于正常果(P<0.05),SSC显著低于正常果(P<0.05),Vc含量粗皮果高于正常果,但差异不显著,且粗皮果中公梨所占百分率远高于正常果; N、Ca、K、P、B、 N/Ca 和N/(Mg Ca)粗皮果均高于正常果,而K/Ca则低于正常果。粗皮果多在公梨上发生,品质较正常果差,且其发生与N及N/Ca高有关。
英文摘要:
      The cause of the rough fruit reduced severely the commodity characteristics of Korla Fragrant Pear. To explore the reasons for the occurrence of the disease, we compared the pear’s quality and the value of mineral elements between the rough fruit and the normal fruit. Compared the fruit weight of single fruit, firmness, soluble solids content (SSC), titratable acid (TA), Vc and skin color, five kinds of mineral elements including N, Ca, K, Mg, P, B are compared between the rough fruit and the normal fruit. The results showed that the rough fruit of the weight of single fruit, firmness, TA were significantly higher than the normal fruit (P < 0.05), significantly lower than the normal fruit SSC (P < 0.05), Vc content of the rough skin fruit was higher than the normal fruit, but the difference was not significant, and the percentage of male pear was much higher than the normal fruit; N, Ca, K, P, B, and N/Ca and N/(Mg Ca) were higher than the normal fruit, and K/Ca is lower than the normal fruit. The quality of the rough fruit was worse than the normal fruit, the percentage of male pear in rough fruit was higher. and the cause of rough fruit is associated with high N and N/Ca.
