| 用酸性溶液浸提法提取野生蕉果皮花青素，pH示差法对获得的花青素进行测定，结果表明以1%盐酸-甲醇为提取液，平衡时间80min，测得野生蕉果皮中的花青素含量为5.43mg矢车菊花青素苷/100g。 |

| Pigment was abstracted from wild banana peel by using acidic solution extraction method and the authocyanin content in the product is determined by pH-differential spectrophotometry. The results show that the extraction effect of using 1% HCl-methanol as solvent was better than that of acetone/water (1:1). After mixing extract and buffer solution for 80min, the absorbance value tend to stabilize. The anthocyanin content in wild banana peel is 5.43 mg cyanidin 3-glucoside equivalents/100g. |
