| 经对100单株果样7项品质指标分析，单果重与其它品质指标相关显著性排序：可食率>果皮厚>可溶性固形物含量TSS>可滴定酸TA。果越大，皮越厚，可食率、TSS和TA越低。当单果重≥350g时，TSS≤10%的果实比率为31％；单果重≤200g时，TA≥1.0%的果实比率为29％。相关分析筛选，单果重200g～320g范围与TA、TSS不相关，约占果实总体70%，回归模拟：果实横径cm=5.192+0.01033×单果重g（F=5699、P≤0.0001）。单果重与果形指数相关性极显著，平均果形指数≈1.0。建议《脐橙GB/T 21488-2008》取消4L级，并修订S级为6.5～7.0cm；果实内质TSS、TA推荐修订：特等TSS≥12.0％& TSS/TA≥11；一等TSS≥10.5％& TSS/TA≥10；二等TSS≥10.0％& TSS/TA≥9。 |

| According to 7 fruit quality indices study from 100 Newhall Navel orange fruits per plant, it showed that the ranking of significant correlation in quality indices were：edible rate > fruit skin thickness > total soluble solids(TSS)> titratable acid(TA). The fruit was bigger, the skin was thicker while the edible rate, the titratable acidity and the soluble solids were lower. When the single fruit weight was more than 350g, the TSS were less than 10% in 31% of the fruits. As single fruit weight was less than 200g, the TA were less than 1% in 29% of the fruits. It showed in the result that single fruit weights from 200g to 320g were uncorrelated with TA and TSS by correlation analysis which was accounted for about 70% of all the fruits. Regression simulation: the fruit transverse diameter(cm) = 5.192 + 0.01033 × single fruit weight (g)（F=5699、P≤0.0001）. The single fruit weight was highly significant correlation with fruit shape index, and the average fruit shape index was about 1.0. In the end, 4L level should be abolished and S level was revised by 6.5～7.0cm in “Navel Orange GB/T 21488-2008”. While the range of TSS and TA in the old standards were too large, the fruit grades were also revised like that the top grade TSS≥12.0％&TSS/TA≥11, the first grade TSS≥10.5％& TSS/TA≥10 and the second grade TSS≥10.0％& TSS/TA≥9. |
