为探讨不同砧木对接穗生长的影响,以赤霞珠不同砧穗组合为试材,通过测定不同组合地上部枝条生长、营养状况,结果表明:组合CS685/110R、 CS685/140Ru砧木、接穗粗度较大;组合CS685/SO4一年生枝条的节位长度、粗度最大;组合CS685/110R一年生枝条成熟度较好;不同砧穗组合的贮藏营养以组合CS685/5BB游离氨基酸、全氮含量最高,CS685/SO4 、CS685/1103P可溶性糖含量、全磷较高, CS685/140Ru淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量较高;组合CS685/110R、CS685/SO4枝条中全钾含量较高。 |

In order to understand the effects of different rootstocks on growth of scion, by measuring the growth and nutritional status of shoot of different rootstock/scion combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, the results showed that: the 110R, 140Ru combinations had lager roughness, the SO4 combination gave the largest lengh and width of annual branches and the combination of CS685/110R had the better maturity of one year old branches; in different scion combinations the 5BB combination had the higher free amino acids and nitrogen content, the combination of CS685/SO4 and CS685/1103P had higher soluble sugar and total phosphorus content, while the140Ru combination had higher starch and soluble protein content; combination of CS685/110R and CS685/SO4 had total potassium content. |
