| 在前人研究基础上对初选出的4个矮化型湖北海棠种质资源，以M系砧木(矮化或半矮化)和普通湖北海棠（乔化）为对照，从无融合生殖特性、矮化相关指标以及作为苹果砧木矮化性比较试验等方面进行检测、分析，并结合SSR分子标记鉴定，发掘出具有无融合生殖特性的湖北海棠半矮化品系‘龙王1号’、‘龙王2号’、‘兴山16号’和矮化品系‘兴山24号’，为苹果矮化栽培提供优良矮化砧木。 |

| Our previous studies had collected many dwarf-type Malus hupehensis germplasm resources. However, most of the resources had yet evaluated and identified. In this study, four dwarf-type Malus hupehensis ('Longwang NO.1', 'Longwang NO.2', 'Xingshan NO.16' and 'Xingshan NO.24') were evaluated systematically. The apomictic productive character, resistivity of branches and root bark rate were analyzed. Grafting rootstock test showed that the four varieties showed dwarf-effect as rootstock for apple trees. Genetic relationship by SSR marker showed that 'Longwang NO.1' and 'Longwang NO.2' Malus hupehensis derived from the same genotype. Our results suggested that the four Malus hupehensis was apomixis and could be as good dwarf-type rootstock for apple trees. |
