摘 要 多效唑作为生长调节剂主要用于促进植物成花和座果等,但其是否能减轻植物病害的发生尚缺乏实验验证。本文以芒果炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloesporioides)为样本,采用分生孢子萌发与离体叶片接种等方法,测定多效唑对芒果炭疽病的调控作用。结果表明供测试的700mg/L、800mg/L、900mg/L、1000mg/L 4个浓度的多效唑药液都能一定程度影响炭疽病菌在芒果离体叶片上的扩展,但800mg/L多效唑能明显减轻炭疽病病症。800mg/L多效唑在玻璃纸上能够抑制芒果炭疽菌菌丝生长,致使孢子畸形,不形成附着胞,但其在寄主叶片上对病原菌生长影响较小,病菌孢子形态正常,能萌发产生附着胞,但附着胞产生的时间晚于对照1d,说明药剂在寄主上对病原菌的抑制作用不强烈。因此,一定浓度的多效唑能减轻病原菌对寄主的危害,但其可能主要通过调控寄主抗病性抑制病菌的侵染。 |

Abstract:Paclobutrazol used on the plant to promote flowering and increase production as growth regulator ,but if it can reduce plant diseases is still lack of experiment evidence . In this paper,we used mango causal agent Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as test strain to study the effect of paclobutrazol to mango anthracnose by detached leaf method and spore gerninate method .The 1result showed that 700mg/L、800mg/L、900mg/L、1000mg/L Paclobutrazol.can control extension of disease spot on the detached leaf in different degrees.but mango anthracnose significantly reduced after the detached leaf spray with 800 mg/L Paclobutrazol. 800mg/L Paclobutrazol could inhibit the growth of hypha, make the spores deformity,the spores germinate unnormal and can not produce appressorium on the cellophane .The spore morphology is normal ,spore can germinate and formed appressorium normally,but postponed one day of appressorium formation on the detached leaf treated with 800mg/L.Paclobutrazol.Paclobutrazol showed weakly fungicidal effect on the life medium .Therefore, maybe Paclobutrazol regulate plant disease resistant to inhibit Colletotrichum gloeosporioides infected. |
