研究南橘(Citrus reticulata)基半部和端半部橘皮挥发油化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取南橘橘皮挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析鉴定其中化学成分,再用峰面积归一法分析各个化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量。从南橘基半部的橘皮挥发油的36个峰中鉴定出29种化合物,主要化学成分为柠檬烯(51.53%)、麝香草酚(8.66%)、叶醇(7.22%)、N-甲基代邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯(5.43%)、松油烯(4.83%)等;从南橘端半部橘皮挥发油的35个峰中鉴定出27种化合物,其中主要成分为柠檬烯(70.5%)、γ-松油烯(5.29%)、麝香草酚(3.54%)、N-甲基代邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯(2.66%)、β-蒎烯(2.12%)等。 |

The volatile oils from peel of Nanju (Citrus reticulata) were extracted by vapor distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS and the relative contents of the primary compounds were determined by peak area normalization method. The results showed that there are 36 peaks were separated from the volatile oils of the base part of C. reticulata peel , and 29 compounds among them were identified. The main compounds are Limonene(51.53%)、Thyme camphor(8.66%)、Leaf alcohol(7.22%)、Methyl N-methyl anthranilate(5.43%)、Moslene(4.83%). Meanwhile, there are 35 peaks were separated and 27 compounds among them were identified from the volatile oils end part of peel. The main compounds are Limonene(70.5%)、γ-Terpinene(5.29%)、Thyme camphor(3.54%)、Methyl N-methyl anthranilate(2.66%)、β-Myrcene(2.12%). |
