为了快速有效的鉴别杨梅果实的品种来源,本研究采用从杨梅果实中提取DNA的方法,所用10个SSR引物添加不同颜色的荧光标记,建立四组多重PCR扩增体系,在高通量ABI3130遗传分析仪准确分析片段大小,参照已有的杨梅品种指纹数据库可以快速鉴定果实的品种属性。本文所介绍的方法可以在果实品质量检测以及优良品系选择中应用。 |

To identify the different cultivar of Chinese bayberry fruits fast and efficiently, we extracted DNA from Chinese bayberry fruits, made use of 10 different color fluorescent-labeled SSR primers to establish suitable amplification conditions of 4 multiplex PCR for ABI 3130 high-throughput genetic analyzer. We provided a rapid and method for identifying the cultivar source by comparing with the established fingerprint profiles of major cultivated Chinese bayberries. This method can be used in inspection of fruit quality and identification of new line of Chinese bayberry. |
