摘要 选阿维菌素和螺螨酯两种原药配制成不同比例的混剂,采用Potter喷雾法测定各自对柑橘全爪螨的室内联合毒力。结果表明,阿维菌素和螺螨酯不同配比的混剂对柑橘全爪螨有不同的复配效应,其中配比1:25混剂的共毒系数为117.23,表现为相加作用,配比1:5、1:10、1:15、1:20混剂的共毒系数分别为144.04、188.77、141.61、165.43,表现为增效作用,其中配比1:10混剂的共毒系数最大,具有最好的增效作用。 |

Abstract The co-toxicity of abamectin and spirodiclofen against Panonychus citri Me Gregor were determinded by the Potter-spraying method in laboratory. The results showed that the mixtures of abamectin and spirodiclofen in different ratio had different interation, the mixture in mix-proportion of 1:25 had some additive function,and its co-toxicity coefficient was 117.23. The mixtures of abamectin and spirodiclofen in ratio of 1:5, 1:10, 1:15, and 1:20 had synergism effects, and their co-toxicity coefficient were 144.04, 188.77, 141.61, 165.43, respectively. Abamectin and spirodiclofen mixed in 1:10 ratio had the highest synergism. |
