      对国庆1号温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiu cv. Guoqing No. 1)果实进行常温贮藏、低温贮藏(4ºC)和留树保鲜,50 d后比较果皮和果皮中活性氧成分[过氧化氢(H2O2)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2.–)]含量、抗氧化剂[还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、还原型抗坏血酸(ASC)、可溶性蛋白]含量、抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT活性)]活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示,低温贮藏(4ºC)和留树保鲜都提高了果肉SOD和CAT活性,果皮和果肉可溶性蛋白含量以及果皮ASC含量和果肉GSH含量,同时也降低了果肉H2O2以及果皮和果肉O2.–和MDA含量,导致果实硬度显著升高。其中,留树保鲜对果皮抗氧化性能的效应明显优于低温贮藏。
英文摘要:
      The study was conducted to compare the reactive oxygen species [hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)and superoxide anion (O2.–)] contents, antioxidant [reduced glutathione (GSH) and reduced ascorbate acid (ASC)] contents, antioxidant enzyme [superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT)] activities, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the fruit of Citrus unshiu cv. Guoqing No. 1 subjected to root temperature storage, low temperature storage (4ºC), and storage on tree for 50 days. The results showed that, compared with root temperature storage, both low temperature storage and storage on tree significantly increased pulp SOD and CAT activities, peel and pulp soluble protein contents, peel ASC content, and pulp GSH content, whereas the two treatments also significantly decreased pulp H2O2 content, peel and pulp O2.– and MDA contents. This induced the increase of fruit firmness. Meanwhile, storage on tree exhibited better effects on antioxidant capacity than low temperature storage.
