      生长素结合蛋白ABP1和响应因子ARFs参与桃果实发育等生理过程。以两种红肉桃基因型(DBF、bf)的果实为试材,应用荧光实时定量PCR分析PpABP1和PpARF6在桃果实发育过程中的表达量变化及其在不同组织中的表达差异性。结果表明:PpABP1 和PpARF6在桃果肉不同发育时期均有表达,其中‘北京一线红’(DBF)和‘雪白桃’(白肉)分别在盛花后72d和74d表达量达到最大值,而‘黑油桃’(bf)中表达量一直保持较低水平。基因表达组织差异性分析发现PpABP1和PpARF6在花瓣中表达量相对较高;另外,在‘黑油桃’果皮、幼果、新梢和叶片中的表达水平均低于其他品种。
英文摘要:
      Auxin-binding proteins 1(ABP1) and Auxin response factors(ARFs), involved in peach fruit development and so on. Two blood-fleshgenotypes of peach were used as material, gene identification and tissue-specific expression of PpABP1 and PpARF6 during fruit development, were investigated using a quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR) method. The results revealed that transcripts of PpABP1 and PpARF6 were present in different developmental stages of the mesocarp, and was expressed at highest level in 72 and 74 DABF(Days after full bloom) from ‘Beijingyixianhong’ and ‘Xuebaitao’, respectively. The expression of these two genes in‘Heiyoutao’ was low and had a little change during fruit development. Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that the expression of PpABP1 and PpARF6 were highest in petals; moreover, the expression of PpABP1 and PpARF6 in skin of fruit, young fruit, young stem and young leaf of ‘Heiyoutao’ were lower than the other cultivars.
