以广东省中山市坦洲镇种植的砂梨品种“棠梨”和“早脆梨”为寄接母树,于2012年12月及2013年1月两次从广东省北部山区阳山县采集已满足低温需冷量、饱满的“早脆梨”花芽进行寄接栽培。结果表明,不同砧木及不同时间嫁接处理对寄接花芽的成活率、成花率、坐果率以及果实的内外品质有一定的影响;与花芽采集母树正常着生的梨果相比,采用寄接技术能够生产出与其品质相当的梨果,且果实采收期可提前30天左右。以上试验结果为寄接梨栽培技术在广东低海拔地区的应用推广提供了依据。 |

In this research, Chinese sand pear cultivars ‘Tangli’ and ‘Zaocuili’ grown in Tanzhou town of Zhongshan city, Guangdong province, were used as stocks for top-grafting full flower buds of ‘Zaocuili’, which were collected from Yangshan county located in the mountains of northern Guangdong in December 2012 and February 2013, respectively. The results indicated that different stocks and different graft time did have certain influence on the survival rate, the flowering rate, the fruit set percentage and the fruit qualities of trans-grafting pear. The fruit qualities of trans-grafting pear were similar to those of normal-growing in the bud-collecting trees in Yangshan, while the harvesting time could be earlier for about 30 days. The results obtained above would provide a basis for application and promotion of trans-grafting pear cultivation techniques in the low altitude areas of Guangdong province. |
