火龙果中含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿质元素、维生素及脂肪酸等营养成分,同时还含有类黄酮、膳食纤维、植物多糖、植物甾醇和苷类化合物等多种功能性物质,在预防心血管疾病、排毒解毒、降低血浆胆固醇、预防便秘和结肠癌等方面具有良好的保健功效。本文就火龙果所含的营养成分和功能性物质方面的研究进行了综述。 |

Pitaya is rich in protein, amino acid, mineral element, vitamin, fatty acid, and so on. It also contains flavonoids, dietary fiber, plant polysaccharide, phytosterin, glycosides and other functional components, which has good health care effects on prevention of cardiovascular disease, consipation and colon cancer, lowering plasma cholesterol. The research on nutritional compositions and functional components of pitaya is summarized in this article. |
