      以大久保桃为试材,探讨了叶面喷施不同浓度(500、800、1000倍液)的多肽(天门冬氨酸)对桃生长发育和品质的影响,以清水喷施为对照,测定了桃树新梢长度、粗度,叶片叶绿色,果实果重、总糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、可溶性固形物等含量。结果表明:喷施800倍的多肽稀释液显著增加了桃树新稍长度、新稍粗度、叶片中叶绿素含量;喷施1000倍的多肽稀释液显著提高了桃果实的单果重、总糖含量、可滴定酸含量和可溶性固形物含量。综合比较表明:多肽稀释液可以提高桃果实品质,促进优质果生长,其最适浓度为1000倍稀释。
英文摘要:
      peach cultivar 'Dajiubao' were used as materials and treated with polypeptides at different levels (1:500, 1:800, 1:1000) to evalute the effects of exogenous polypeptides on the branch growth and fruit quality. The new shoot basal diameter and length, leaf chlorophyll content,fruit weight,total sugar,total acidity,Vitamin C,soluble solids content of treated peach was compared with the control group(fresh water). The results showed that exogenous polypeptides treatment (1:800) significantly increased the new shoot basal diameter and shoot length and leaf chlorophyll content; exogenous polypeptides treatment (1:1000) significantly increased the single fruit weight,total sugar ,total acidity,Vitamin C,soluble solids content. Compared among all the treatments, the optimum polypeptides concentration for increasing 'Dajiubao' fruit quality and promoting the high quality fruit growth and was 1:1000 solution.
