      以南京农业大学江浦试验园的30种梨树为材料,对其蜜蜂访花偏好性进行测定。结果表明,供试的30个不同品种梨树的,花朵直径、花蜜含量和蜜蜂访花偏好性之间存在显著差异,其中花朵直径最大的一组是雪青、鸭梨、砀山酥梨,花朵直径分别是41.69mm、41.33mm、40.83mm,花朵直径最小的一组是西洋梨、新高 、K2和丰水A,分别是24.61mm、26.95mm、27.80mm、29.81mm; 花蜜含量最高的一组是砀山酥梨、鸭梨、雪青和1-19,分别是49.19 mg、46.16mg 、44.54mg 、43.46 mg,花蜜含量最低的一组是丰水A 、黄金梨 、中梨一号,花蜜含量分别是30.12mg、30.13mg、31.34mg;梨树的蜜蜂访花次数最高的一组是雪青、丰水、鸭梨和砀山酥梨,分别是20次、20次、18次和15次,最低的一组是新高、六月爽、今村秋和爱宕,分别是2次,3次,3次,3次;蜜蜂的访花次数分别与花朵直径和花朵花蜜含量存在线性相关性

      It determined the bees preference on pear flowers with 30 types of pear trees from the Jiangpu pear orchard of Nanjing Agricultural University. The results showed that there were significant differences on the flower diameter, nectar content and bee pollination times among the 30 types of pear trees. The group of the biggest flower diameter was Xueqing, Yali and Dang shan su, which were respectively 41.69mm,41.33mm,40.83mm. The group of the smallest flower diameter was Europe pear, Xingao, K2 and Fengshui A, which were respectively 24.61mm, 26.95mm, 27.80mm and 29.81mm. The group of the highest nectar content was Dang shansu, Ya li, Xueqing, and 1-19, which were respectively 49.19mg, 46.16mg, 44.54mg and 43.46mg. The group of the lowest nectar content was Fengshui A, Golden pear, No.1 Zhongli, which were 30.12mg, 30.13mg, 31.34mg. The group of the highest pollination times was Xueqing, Ya li, Feng shui and Dang shansu, which were respectively 20 times, 20 times, 18 times and 15times. The group of the lowest pollination times was Xingao, Liu yueshuang, Jin chunqiu and Aidang, which were respectively 2times,3times,3times and 3times. The relationship between pollination times and flower diameter or nectar content exists linear correlation
