根据前期调查,对缺镁黄化的温州蜜柑橘园进行土施结合叶面喷施氧化镁,调查其对缺镁叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明:本试验中施用氧化镁提高了黄化叶片的净光合速率,最高相比对照提高55.0%,达到正常光合速率水平,施镁后叶片光合作用日变化曲线均高于对照;施镁引起叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率增加,胞间CO2浓度降低。说明土施结合叶面喷施镁有利于缓解温州蜜柑缺镁症状,恢复光合作用机能。 |

Magnesium deficiency of satsuma mandarin orchards has been confirmed in preliminary investigations. In order to study the effect of magnesium fertilizer on photosynthesis of Soil application and foliar fertilizers of magnesium oxide were both used in this research. The results shown that net photosynthesis rate has increased 55.0% compared with control, which reached normal photosynthesis level. At mean time,diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate were higher than control. Stomata conductance and transpiaration rate were also increased after magnesium application while intercellular CO2 concentration has decreased. All these results in this study shown that magnesium oxide supply helped to recover the functions of photosynthesis in etiolation leaves of satsuma mandarin. |
