| 针对杨梅易腐烂、保鲜时间较短的问题，开展了福建地区主栽杨梅品种贮藏研究，通过设置0℃与20℃两个贮藏温度和不同的贮藏时间，对杨梅果实的腐烂率及果实可溶性固形物和果肉硬度等品质相关指标进行分析与测定，初步筛选出较耐贮藏的杨梅品种硬丝安海变和大叶种。本研究为福建杨梅产业贮藏保鲜研究提出合理的建议与策略打下基础。 |

| According to putrescibility and short preservation time of Chinese bayberry characteristic, the storage property of main cultivated Chinese bayberry varieties in Fujian were researched. By investigating the fruit decay rate and the changes of soluble solid contents, fruit hardness during storage time in two different storage conditions, ‘Yingsianhaibian’ and ‘Dayezhong’ were selected out. In the end the reasonable suggestions and strategies were proposed for Fujian Chinese bayberry fruit preservation and storage industry. |
