瓯柑是芸香科柑橘属的一个变种,栽培历史悠久,主要分布在浙江和福建,有“浙南传统名果”的美誉,在古代被朝廷列为贡品。瓯柑果实风味独特,多汁、略有苦味,耐藏性极好,常温下可贮藏220 d;富含黄酮类化合物,营养保健价值高。随着人们对保健功能食品的日益关注,传统瓯柑成为柑橘市场的新宠。综述了瓯柑在育种选种、栽培、采后保鲜与加工、食疗保健功能等四个方向的研究进展,并对未来的研究作了展望。 |

Ougan is an ancient and traditional mandarin in China, which is a peculiar Chinese native variety of citrus genus and has a long history. It is mainly cultivated in the south of Zhejiang province and it used to be tribute to emperor in feudal times. Ougan fruit is juicy and tastes a little bitter, which come into the unique flavor. The storability of ougan fruit is strong and it could been stored for 220 d at room temperature. Furthermore, ougan fruit was rich in flavonoids and so has high nutritional and health protection value. So far research on Ougan was mainly focus on breeding, cultivation, postharvest storage and processing, health protection functions. Progress on the four areas was reviewed and the further study was prospected. |
