| 以5a生“清香”核桃为试材，选择“双层基质弥雾繁殖箱”繁殖法，以河沙为基质，研究了生长挑季节的种类和浓度对“清香”核桃出愈情况、根系生长情况已经插穗生长情况的影响。结果表明：单一生长调节剂浸泡插穗基部时，IAA200mg/kg、ABT1200mg/kg都能良好的促进“清香核桃”愈伤组织和根系的形成及生长；双生长调节剂的效果要优于单一生长调节剂，以IAA200mg/kg添加NAA100mg/kg时效果最佳。 |

| Taking 5-year-old Juglans regia”qingxiang” as material,the effect of the type and concentration of growth regulator on callus 、root condition and growth of cuttings were studied under “double matrix mist breeding box” In sand matrix. The results showed that IAA200mg/kg, ABT1200mg/kg can promote the formation and the growth of callus and root fragrance with single growth regulator soaking the cuttings base. Mixed growth regulator is better than the single, IAA200mg/kg plus NAA100mg/kg was the best. |
