以上海高桥地区的夏黑葡萄为试验材料,盛花期和花后2周均使用50mg/L GA3处理,同时在花后2周分别添加0、1、3、5 mg/L CPPU和 TDZ,研究在花后2周添加TDZ和CPPU对夏黑葡萄果实生长发育及果实品质影响。结果表明:盛花期添加50 mg /L GA3,花后两周使用50 mg /L GA3 1 mg /L TDZ 处理的效果最好,增加了果实重量和可滴定酸含量,显著提高果皮花青苷含量,同时降低了可溶性固形物含量,而CPPU处理则会显著降低果实花青苷含量,不利于果实着色,导致成熟期推迟,这提示在实际生产中,应选用花后2周添加1mg/L TDZ作为上海高桥地区葡萄生产处理的参考。 |

In this experiment, the summer black grapes in gaoqiao area, shanghai city are treated as the material, the blooming stage were treated by 50 mg /L GA3, and 2 weeks after blooming period were treated by the combination solutions of 50 mg /L GA3 plus 0, 1, 3, 5 mg /L CPPU and TDZ. The application of 50 mg /L GA3 (the first-step treatment) plus 50 mg /L GA3 ( the second-step treatment) was taken as the control, and the effects of CPPU and TDZ treatments on the fruit growth and quality of summer black grapes were studied.The results showed that the application of 50 mg /L GA3 at full-bloom stage plus 50 mg /L GA3 1 mg /L TDZ two weeks after flowering had the best effect, which not only increased fruit weight and the titratable acid content in the fruit, but also significantly promoted the improvement of the anthocyanin content in the pericarp, reducing the soluble solids content in the fruit, while CPPU treatment can significantly reduce the fruit anthocyanin content, not conducive to the fruit coloring, leading to the delay the mature period. This result suggested that we can add 1 mg/L TDZ two weeks after flowering to produce reference as summer black grapes in gaoqiao area, shanghai city. |
