| 为确定云南林科院普文葡萄柚试验园从美国佛罗里达州引种的葡萄柚是否感染黄龙病以及其病原类型，以期为后续对葡萄柚黄龙病的研究提供前期研究基础。本实验对13个葡萄柚品种的116个柑桔黄龙病疑似病样进行PCR检测。结果表明，该试验园的13个葡萄柚品种中共有96个样品感染黄龙病，总感病率达到82.8%。并通过在NCBI中比对及使用MEGA5.1建立系统发育树得出，在该试验园分离出的黄龙病菌16SrDNA的序列一致性达到100%，与柑桔黄龙病亚洲种（Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus）、柑桔黄龙病非洲种（Candidatus Liberibacter africanus）和柑桔黄龙病美洲种（Candidatus Liberibacter americanus）序列的相似性分别为100%、97.6%-98.5%和96.0%-96.7% 。该结论表明云南普文葡萄柚试验园发生的黄龙病病原菌属于柑桔黄龙病亚洲种。 |

| In order to determine the grapefruit varieties which are introduced from the USA Florida whether have been infected with Huanglongbing and their pathogen , which were in the Forest Science Academy of Yunnan province Puwen grapefruit trial garden and so as to provide some inchoate study basis for further research on huanglongbing of grapefruit. This experiment applicated PCR to detect the total of 116 grapefruit leaves (involving a total of 13 grapefruit varieties) which have expressed the symptoms of Ctitrus huanglongbing. The results showed that, the 13 grapefruit varieties，involing 96 positive samples , the 96 isolates from this rial garden shared 100% nucleotide identity with each other, and showed 100% identity with that of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus,97.6% to 98.5% nt identity with Candidatus Liberibacter africanus,and 96.0% to 96.7% nt identity with Candidatus Liberibacter americanus. So it indicates that the pathogen in grapefruit trial garden of Puwen is Ca. L. asiaticum. |
