为了将土壤固定的无效态磷释放出来,采用磷酸盐生长培养基(NBRIP)从长势良好的海南香蕉根围土中分离到23株解磷细菌,经过反复筛选纯化获得一株解磷能力优异的菌株1-7。通过液体摇瓶复筛实验,培养7d后发现:1-7菌株培养液中可溶性磷为638.26 mg?l-1,约有12.8%的磷酸三钙被溶解出来,是对照(CK)的13.9倍;经16S rDNA序列和生理生化分析,鉴定此菌株为鲍氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)。盆栽结果表明,两季试验中接种1-7解磷菌处理的香蕉株高、茎粗、鲜重、生物量分别比CK增加了17.4%、10.4%、27.3%、21.1%和13.0%、8.2%、25.2%、13.2%,但与施化学磷肥处理的差异不显著。 |

In order to release invalid state of soil fixed phosphorus,By using National Botanical Research Institute's phosphate growth medium (NBRIP) plate method, 23 of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere of banana plants which growth well in the field in Hainan province. After screening and re-screening, a strain 1-7 named with strongest phosphate-solubilizing capability was obtained. After 7 days incubation in a liquid medium NBRIP, the content of soluble phosphate was 638.26 mg?l-1. and about 12.8% of the tricalcium phosphate was dissolved, which was 13.9 times higher than the control. Through the 16S rDNA identification and physiological and biochemical analysis, the strains 1-7 were identified as Acinetobacter baumannii. Moreover, the two seasons pot experiments showed that the plate height, stem diameter, fresh weight and biomass of banana seedling in the treatments inoculated with the phosphate-solubilizing strain 1-7 are increased by 17.4%, 10.4%, 27.3%, 21.1% and 13.0%, 8.2%, 25.2%, 13.2%, respectively compared with the control, while showed no significant difference compared to the chemical phosphorus treatment. |
