| 本文针对我国果蔬物流的现实需求，设计了一款用于果蔬产地预冷和冷藏运输的保冷包装容器。以苹果为考察对象，分析了环境温度、蓄冷介质用量等影响因素对包装预冷和保冷效果的影响，优化了包装的材料选型和结构设计。通过实际性能测试表明本保冷包装容器隔热性能良好，结构设计灵活便携，对保冷包装在果蔬物流领域的应用具有一定的参考价值。 |

| In this paper , due to the practical demand of logistics of fruit and vegetable in china, a cold retaining packaging applied to precooling and refrigerated transport of fruits and vegetables was designed. Apples were as the object of investigation, effect of ambient temperature and amount of cool storage medium was analyzed, the material selection and design of the packaging were optimized. The testing results show that the cold retaining packaging is of good heat insulation performance and portable design. It has a certain reference value for cold retaining packaging to fruit logistics field. |
