| 以野酿2号两性花毛葡萄品种为试验材料，通过解剖观察野酿2号不同枝条粗度下第6、8、10节位冬芽的发育进程，结合大田冬芽逼发试验，明确冬芽二次果逼发的时期和结果枝粗度、冬芽节位等修剪技术。结果表明：野酿2号毛葡萄冬芽二次果的花芽分化进程可分为五个时期：未分化期（Ⅰ）、分化前期（Ⅱ）、第一花序原始体分化期（Ⅲ）、第二花序原始体分化期（Ⅳ）和萌动期（Ⅴ）。野酿2号毛葡萄的冬芽萌发能力很强，可选择6月底至7月初，枝条粗度大于0.8cm 以上，第7～10节位进行修剪可获得质优的二次果。 |

| In order to provide theoretical references for using the winter bud to prune the second fruits of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. scientifically and properly, the study combined with the anatomical observation and pruning technology on the winter bud growth process of the 6、8、10 node in different branches thick to clear the second fruits pruning time , branches node and branches thick. The results showed that the winter bud growth process of Yeniang No.2 can be divided into five periods: pre-differentiation period，the early differentiation period，the first original differentiation period，the second original inflorescence and the winter buds sprout period. Choosing branch thick should be bigger than 0.8 cm and the 7～10 node should be maintained for pruning in late June to early July, which can obtain the high quality second fruits. |
