| 以西双版纳收集的18份羊奶果种质为试验材料，采用主成分分析方法分析果实的8个主要数量性状，并对参试羊奶果材料数量性状的品质表现进行综合评价。遗传多样性研究结果表明，8个数量性状遗传多样性指数介于8.7%-93.6%之间。相关性结果表明，单果重与可食率呈极显著的正相关，与维生素C含量呈极显著的负相关；固酸比与可溶性固形物和还原糖含量呈极显著的正相关，与可滴定酸含量呈极显著的负相关。主成分分析结果表明，8个数量性状综合成为3个主成分，且这3个主成分构成的信息量可解释总信息量的79.601%。根据主成分综合值的排序结果表明，2010-7、2014-1、2014-6、2014-9综合表现优良。 |

| Principal component analysis on eight quantitative characters of fruits in 18 Elaeagnus conferta germplasm from Xishuangbanna were analyzed. The integrated assessment was performed on eight major quantitative characters. The results of genetic diversity showed that the high genetic diversity were detected on eight quantitative and diversity indices ranged from 8.7% to 93.6%. The result of correlation showed that fruit weight was significantly and positively correlated with ratio of edible parts and significantly and negatively correlated with ascorbic acid content; ratio of total soluble solids to titratable aciditytotal was significantly and positively correlated with total soluble solids content and reducing sugar content; ratio of total soluble solids to titratable acidity was significantly and negatively correlated with titratable acidity content. The results of principal component analysis showed that eight quantitative characters were consolidated into three principal components which accounted for 79.601% of total variation. Based on the principal component values obtained, the integrated assessment showed that2010-7、2014-1、2014-6 and 2014-9 were excellent in comprehensive performance. |
