      为解决罗汉果组培继代过程中常见的细菌污染问题,研究了不同浓度头孢霉素和不同培养时间组合方式对细菌污染的抑制效应。结果表明,头孢霉素浓度越高,抑菌效果越好,但对组培苗的负面影响会越大。250~500 mg/L为较适用的头孢霉素浓度范围,300 mg/L为最佳浓度,既能有效抑菌,又能一定程度地保障组培苗的正常生长。(20 20)d的时间组合方式抑菌效果最好,即连续两次继代,每次继代培养时间为20 d。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the common problem of bacterial pollution during the Siraitia grosvenorii subculture,the inhibitory effect of the different concentration of Cefotaxime Sodium Salt and different compound mode of culture time on bacterial contamination was studied. The results showedthat the more the concentration of Cefotaxime Sodium Salt is high, the more the rate of antibacterial effect is better, but the high concentration had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of the tissue culture seedlings. An applicable concentration range of Cefotaxime Sodium Salt is from 250 to 500 mg/L, in which 300 mg/L was the best, as they could not only get effective bacteriostasis, but also protect the normal growth of tissue culture seedling in certain degree. Meanwhile, (20+20) d, a combination and way of time, which means to subculture continuously twice, and each time for 20 days had the best inhibitory effects.
