为了探讨芒果采后适宜的GA3处理浓度,以红贵妃芒果(成熟度为80%)为材料,研究了不同浓度(0、100、300、500和1000 mg/L)的赤霉素(GA3)溶液浸泡处理对芒果采后生理和保鲜品质的影响。结果表明:几种浓度的GA3处理均可以在一定程度上减缓硬度下降和色泽变化、延缓可溶性固形物(TSS)、抗坏血酸(Vc)和可滴定酸(TA)含量变化,并保持果实的贮藏品质,这与GA3处理维持了芒果贮藏后期较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,延缓了细胞膜透性上升和抑制丙二醛(MDA)的积累有重要关系。综合外观品质和保鲜效果,以500 mg/L的GA3溶液处理最为适宜。 |

For the purpose of screening for the appropriate concentration of GA3 for postharvest mango, the experiment was conducted with ‘Hongguifei’ mango with 80% maturity degree. The effects of different concentrations (100 mg/L、300 mg/L、500 mg/L、1000 mg/L) of GA3 solution on storage quality and postharvest physiologies were studied. The results showed that : all treatments with GA3 could not only retard the reduction of fruit firmness and peel colour change, but also delay the changes in TSS,Vc and TA, and maintain the storage quality of mango. This effects of GA3 was closely related to maintain high activities of SOD,POD and CAT, and decrease the content of MDA and cell membrane permeability of mango at the late stage of storage. Considering the storage appearance quality and preserving effects, treatment of 500 mg/L GA3 solution was the optimum for mango fruits. |
