      为筛选适合防治葡萄溃疡病的杀菌剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了目前生产中常用的25种杀菌剂对葡萄溃疡病菌Lasiodiplodia theobromae的抑制效果,并采用离体果穗喷雾的方法测试分析了25种杀菌剂在葡萄上的适用性。每种杀菌剂均选择药剂标明的最低浓度进行试验。结果表明:丙森锌WP、多菌灵WP、抑霉唑EC、异菌脲SC、唑醚?代森联WG、精甲霜?锰锌WG、丙环唑EC和啶菌恶唑EC等8种杀菌剂对L. theobromae菌丝生长的抑制率达100.00%;而其余17种杀菌剂对菌丝生长的抑制率在25.93% - 99.56%之间;乳油型杀菌剂不会在葡萄果面形成药斑,可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂等类型杀菌剂均会在果面形成药斑。建议:防治由L. theobromae引起的葡萄溃疡病中,推荐使用抑霉唑EC。
英文摘要:
      In order to screen fungicides suitable for control of grapevine canker, inhibitory effects of twenty-five fungicides on Lasiodiplodia theobromae, one pathogen of grapevine canker, were analyzed using mycelium growth rate method, and applicability of these fungicides on grapevine was evaluated by spray method on detached grape fruit spikes. Each fungicide was used under the lowest concentration labeled on manufacturer’s instruction. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of 8 fungicides, including Propineb WP, Carbendazim WP, Imazalil EC, Iprodione SC, Pyraclostrobin?Metiram WG, Metalaxyl-M mancozeb WG, Propiconazol EC and SYP-Z048 EC, on the mycelium growth of L. theobromae was up to 100.00%, while the inhibitory rates of the other 17 fungicides were between 25.93% - 99.56%. Drug blots could be caused by spraying any of the WP-type fungicides, WG-type fungicides and SC-type fungicides. However, no drug blot was observed when EC-type fungicides were used. Based on the above results, Imazalil EC was recommended as the most suitable fungicide for the control of grapevine canker caused by L. theobromae.
