| 以真龙柚为研究对象，采用不同柚子品种花粉进行人工授粉试验，观察其对当年果实品质的影响。结果显示，除果皮厚度和可食率外，在果实纵径、横径、果形指数、单果重、可溶性固形物、种子数等方面花粉直感效应表现明显，经邓肯氏多重比较测验，差异达显著水平。试验表明在柚上存在着花粉直感现象，可为生产上合理安排授粉品种，提高真龙柚果实品质和经济效益提供理论依据。 |

| Pollens collected from 10 cultivars were used for pollination to zhenlongyou cultivar in order to investigate effects of metaxenia on fruit quality. The result showed that except for the fruit peel thickness and edible rate , metaxenia effects on fruit longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, fruit weight, total soluble solids and seed number were significant based on Duncan’s multiple range tests. This study proved that metaxenia exists in pomelo, which provides valuable reference as to how to choose proper pollination varieties for the production of zhenlongyou so as to improve fruit quality and economic benefit. |
