以7年生贵妃芒嫁接树为材料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定产期调节过程中,贵妃芒花芽分化期间4种内源激素生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、玉米核苷素(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)含量的动态变化,研究成花过程中叶片内源激素含量的变化与成花的关系。结果表明:喷施乙烯利催花明显提高ZR的含量,提高ABA/GA3、ZR/GA3、ABA/IAA的比值,有利于花芽由营养生长向生殖生长状况转变,促进芒果花芽分化。芒果花芽分化过程中GA3的含量呈先升高后下降趋势的,高水平的IAA、ABA的有利于芒果花芽分化。 |

In order to find out the relationship between dynamic changes of endogenous hormones and flowering of manggo, dynamic variations of contents of IAA, GA3, ZR and ABA from flowering plants were measured by means ofELISA,under the off season cultivation in pot -grown 7 -year -old mango were studied. The results showed that ethrel enhanced the level of ZR,The ratio of ABA/GA3, ZR/GA3 and ABA/IAA can be increased by the growth of vegetative growth to reproductive growth, and to promote the differentiation of mango flower bud. The content of GA3 in the flower bud differentiation was first raised and then decreased, and the high level of IAA and ABA was beneficial to the differentiation of mango flower bud. |
