定期测量染色体加倍型翠冠梨芽变的新稍长度、叶片与果实的纵径横径,观测芽变的植物学性状、物候期及生长结果特性。结果表明,芽变的果实表面具有不规则的纵向棱,物候期提前,新梢及叶片生长量明显提高,果实纵横径变大,硬度提高,单果重显著增大。与对照相比,果实成熟期提早了16d;新梢长度增加18.4﹪;叶片纵横径分别大7.3﹪和12.8﹪;果实纵横径分别增大14.1﹪和14.7﹪;单果重增加15.9﹪。 |

The research was carried out by measuring length of new shoot, transversal and vertical stem of fruits and leaf blades of the bud-sport strains of cuiguan pear, it's chromosome is doubling. Also, the growing and bearing habits of bud-sport strains were observed. The results indicated that the phenophase of these chromosome doubling type bud-sport strains were significantly earlier than chromosome haplotypes,the cumulative growth of new treetop and leaf blades markedly improved. Also, transversal and vertical stem of fruits and the weight of the fruit were increased obviously,The length of new shoot is 18.4% longer than the comparison,transversal and vertical stem of leaf blades are 7.3% and 12.8% longer,and transversal and vertical stem of fruits are 14.7% and 14.1% longer,Also,the average weight of the fruit is 15.9% heavier compared to the comparison. |
