为研究赣南柑橘采后处理厂病原菌菌落分布及其变化规律,本研究采用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基收集并培养病原菌的方法,分析赣南5个县境内具有代表性的柑橘采后加工厂区空气中能够引起柑橘采后腐烂的病原微生物类型、浓度及分布特征;同时对采后处理厂贮藏期间的果实腐烂率进行统计,分析病原微生物与柑橘果实腐烂之间的关系。通过对三年数据的分析,结果表明:赣南柑橘采后处理厂区的空气中病原菌菌落主要以青霉菌为主,数量呈逐年下降趋势,定期对厂区和贮藏库进行消毒杀菌可以大大降低厂区病原菌菌落的数量。另外,果实腐烂率与病原菌总数和青霉菌数量有显著的线性正相关,病原菌数量越多,果实腐烂率越高,且果实因青绿霉病导致果实腐烂最为严重。 |

To study the distribution and the variation of the pathogen, which were collected with the PDA medium in the air of 10 representative citrus postharvest treatment factories in 5 counties in Gannan, the type, concentration and distributional characteristic of pathogen were analyzed. Meanwhile,the relationship between number of pathogen and decay rate of fruit during storage in citrus postharvest treatment factories was further analyzed. With three years repeated research,the results showed that:blue and green mold were the main pathogen in air of citrus postharvest treatment factories in Gannan and the number of pathogen showed downtrend year after year,the sterilization of entire factory could reduce the number of pathogen existed in the air greatly. Furthermore, there was the positive linear correlation between the number of pathogen and the decay rate of fruit, and blue and green mold were the most serious pathogen causing citrus fruit loss. |
