为探讨砧木对夏黑果实及树体贮藏营养的影响,以夏黑不同砧穗组合为试材,通过测定不同组合成熟期果实性状、品质及枝条贮藏营养状况,结果表明:组合夏黑/101-14穗形较大,穗重、粒重均最大;组合夏黑/5BB还原糖含量最高,其次为组合夏黑/101-14;组合夏黑/SO4、夏黑/5BB含酸量均较高;一年生枝条的可溶糖含量以组合夏黑/101-14最高,淀粉含量以组合夏黑/3309含量最高;枝条全氮含量组合夏黑/101-14、夏黑/5BB含量均较高,组合夏黑/5BB枝条全磷含量最高,组合夏黑/SO4枝条全钾含量最高。 |

Abstract: In order to understand the effects of different rootstocks on fruit traits and nutritional status of annual branch of Summer Black, the different rootstock/scion combinations was materials. The results showed that the combination of Summer Black / 101-14 had larger spike shape and the largest hundred-grain weight. The combination of Summer Black / 5BB had the highest reducing sugar content, followed by the combination of Summer Black / 101-14; the combination of Summer Black / SO4 and Summer Black / 5BB had higher acid content. The soluble sugar content of annual branch had the highest content in Summer Black / 101-14 while the Summer Black / 3309 had highest starch content; about mineral nutrients in the annual branch, the combination of Summer Black / 101-14and Summer Black / 5BB had the higher total nitrogen content while he combination of Summer Black / 5BB had the highest total phosphorus content and the combination of Summer Black / SO4 had the highest total K content. |
