以“维多利亚”菠萝品种的冠芽为外植体,采用6-BA、NAA、IBA等激素配比对芽诱导、愈伤诱导、继代增殖和生根培养。结果表明, 愈伤组织诱导率最高的为MS BA2.0 mg/L NAA0.2 mg/L。愈伤诱导不定芽最理想配比为MS 6-BA3 mg/L NAA0.1 mg/L。芽的继代增殖系数较高和芽较粗壮的培养基配比为MS 6-BA2.0 mg/L NAA0.1 mg/ L,适宜生根培养基为MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L。生根率达100%。 |

The crown bud of pineapple variety Victoria was used as explants, different hormone combinations rang-ing of 6-BA, NAA and IBA were added to MS or medium to conduct the induction of bud, Callus induction, subculture of cluster buds and rooting of plantlets. The results showed that MS 6-BA (2.0 mg/L) NAA(0.2 mg/L) was the best medium for the induction of Callus induction, The most suitable adventitious bud medium was MS 6-BA(3 mg/L) NAA(0.1 mg/L),MS 6-BA (2.0mg/L) NAA(0.1mg/L) can made the proliferation times of Subculture multiplication of buds was better and Buds grow strong.The optimal medium for rooting was MS IBA(0.5 mg/L) NAA(1 mg/L) with rooting rate of 100%. |
