草莓移栽时经常遇到高温导致草莓移栽成活率低,死苗现象严重,给生产带来极大损失。为了研究芸苔素内酯对高温胁迫下草莓生长的影响,本试验采用不同浓度的芸苔素内酯处理草莓后,测定了38℃高温胁迫下草莓幼苗叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、抗氧化酶及丙二醛等生理生化指标。实验结果表明当芸苔素内酯浓度为0.04mg/L、0.08mg/L时,可提高草莓叶片中的叶绿素、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白的含量,提升抗氧化酶的活性(SOD、POD、CAT)、降低丙二醛含量,因此认为适宜浓度的芸苔素内酯可以提高草莓的抗热性。 |

The high temperature results the low survival rate of the transplanting in the strawberry transplant, the dead seedling phenomenon is serious, which brings great loss to the production. In order to study the effect of Brassinolide on the high temperature stress to the strawberry. This experiment using different concentrations of brassinolide treated strawberry and tested the chlorophyll, proline, soluble protein, anti-oxidase and MDA of strawberry seedling leaves. Experimental results showed that when concentration of brassinolide was 0.04mg/L or 0.08mg/L, it could improve strawberry leaf chlorophyll, proline and soluble protein content, enhance the antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) activity, reduce the MDA content, so that the appropriate concentration of the brassinolide could improve the heat resistance of strawberry. |
