      为了探索板栗疫病的致病机制,将具有致病力的栗疫菌菌株Cfcc82606(Endothia parasitica)的滤液,采用甲醇沉淀和离心得到蛋白和非蛋白类部分,经透析袋以及致病活性检测,该毒素为非蛋白类小分子毒素。对非蛋白类进行不同温度、不同PH值、紫外照射、甲醇沉淀处理以及透析袋后,测定其致病活性的变化。结果表明:毒素有着较强的热稳定性,经121℃,0.103Mpa处理30min后仍有一定的致病性;毒素的酸碱性敏感,酸性条件下毒性增强,碱性条件下毒性减弱;紫外线的照射对毒素具有削弱作用。经7种不同极性物质萃取后,正丁醇相的致病力最强,该毒素为极性较大的物质。栗疫菌菌株Cfcc82606的非蛋白类毒素对同科属的植物都有着不同程度的致病作用,是一种非寄主类专化性毒素。

      In order to explore the pathogenic mechanism of chestnut blight,the crude protein toxin and non-protein toxin were prepared by methanol precipitation from the filtrate of Cryphonectria parasitica(Cfcc82606) ,by the Dialysis bag and pathogenic activity detection suggested that the toxin belongs to a small molecule,non-protein.The changes of pathogenic activity of crude toxin after the treatments of temperatures,different pH values,ultraviolet irradiation and methanol precipitation were determined so as to understand the basic physicochemical properties of the toxin.The results showed that the supernatant rather than precipitation had the pathogenic activity after methanol precipitation treatment;The toxin had a strong thermal stability and still had a strong pathogenic activity after 121℃, 0.103Mpa for 30 min; The non-protein toxin was sensitive to pH values, and would be reduced under alkaline conditions; The ultraviolet radiation could reduce the toxicity of the toxin. Seven polar substances had different effects on the activity of non-protein toxin,it might be high polar compound. Furthermore,effects of the non-protein toxin on seedings growth of different plant species were determined so as to understand the host specificity of the non-protein toxin,and the results indicated that the toxin had different degrees of pathogenicity on the seedings growth of different plant species,indicating that the non-protein toxin was a non-host specific toxin.
