      采用整株肢解法,研究不同生育期宝岛蕉全株及各器官(根、球茎、假茎、叶及果轴、果实)干物质及NPK养分累积的动态变化。结果表明,收获时宝岛蕉干物质及NPK累积量分别为5.73kg/株、108.07g/株、15.53g/株和440.36g/株。宝岛蕉干物质及NK养分均在花芽分化期前累积缓慢,干物质及N均在花芽分化期到幼果期累积迅速,而K在花芽分化期后累积迅速。P分别在花芽分化期到幼果期、幼果期到收获期累积缓慢、迅速。另外,叶片和假茎是宝岛蕉现蕾前主要的干物质和NPK累积器官;果实发育时,果实干物质、NPK养分累积迅速,以上累积量分别占收获时全株的63.45%、21.89%、34.45%和20.15%。因此,宝岛蕉生产中应重施氮钾肥,少施磷肥,氮磷钾肥分别侧重在花芽分化期到幼果期、幼果期到收获期、花芽分化期后施入;而在果实发育过程中氮磷钾养分的充足供应是宝岛蕉高产的保障。
英文摘要:
      To study the dynamic changes of dry matter and NPK accumulation of Musa acuminate L.AAA Cavendish. cv. ‘Formosana’ in the whole plant and different parts, banana trees were uprooted and divided into parts ( root, corm, pseudostem, leaves, columella and fruit) in different growth stages. The results showed that the dry matter and NPK accumulation amount of banana in the harvest stage was 5.73kg / strains, 108.07g / strains, 15.53g / strains and 440.36g / strains, respectively. The dry matter and NK accumulated slowly before the flower bud differentiation stage, and dry matter and N accumulated fast during the flower bud differentiation stage and the young fruit stage, K accumulated fast after the flower bud differentiation stage. P accumulated slowly during the flower bud differentiation stage and the young fruit stage, and accumulated fast during the young fruit stage and the harvest stage respectively. In addition, the leaves and pseudostem were main parts of accumulating dry matter and NPK before the bug squaring. In fruit development stage, fruit dry matter and NPK accumulated fast, and the cumulative amounts of fruit accounted for the whole plant dry matter and NPK in harvest stage were 63.45%, 21.89%, 34.45% and 20.15%. Therefore, the more nitrogen and potassium fertilizer throughout the growing periods should applied in Musa acuminate L.AAA Cavendish. cv. ‘Formosana’. The applications of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer were focused on from bud differentiation stage to the young fruit stage, from the young fruit stage to the harvest stage and after bud differentiation stage. During fruit development, NPK nutrients supply should be adequate to protect the yield of Musa acuminate L.AAA Cavendish. cv. ‘Formosana’.
