      为明确柑橘果实贮藏过程中农药含量的变化趋势,本研究利用气相色谱 (GC) 、气相色谱-质谱联用 (GC-MS) 和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱 (UPLC-MS/MS) 结合QuEChERS前处理技术,测定了柑橘中三类常见高检出农药:以水胺硫磷为代表的有机磷类、以甲氰菊酯为代表的菊酯类、以克百威为代表的氨基甲酸酯类在柑橘基质中的贮藏稳定性。研究了不同柑橘基质、贮藏条件、初始浓度和时间间隔对样品基质中农药含量变化的影响。结果表明,农药种类对贮藏稳定性影响较大,其次是贮藏温度,样品浓度、基质种类。 (1) 三种农药的降解速率由快到慢依次为克百威、甲氰菊酯和水胺硫磷; (2) 冷冻贮藏可以显著减慢农药降解速率; (3)水胺硫磷、甲氰菊酯在低浓度条件下比在高浓度降解快; (4) 甲氰菊酯和克百威在果肉基质中降解速率比全果和果皮中快; (5) 常温下水胺硫磷稳定期在7d,甲氰菊酯1d,克百威小于1d。由此可见,为了防止农药降解,样品采集后应尽快处理,或者短期贮藏。

      This study clarified the variation trendency of three high frequency detection pesticides in different citrus matrices, fortified levels and storage temperatures. QuEChERS method combined with gas chromatography (GC), gas chromatography-mass spectrography (GC-MS), and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were used to detect the pesticide concentration in different interval periods. Results shows that, the storage stability of pesticides is great affected by pesticides types, followed by storage temperature, pesticide concentrations and sample matrices. Conclusions were generated as follows: (1) The degradation rates of the three pesticides were demonstrated as carbofuran>fenpropathrin>isocarbophos. (2) Frozen storage can significantly slow down the degradation rate of pesticides. (3) Lower concentration of fenpropathrin and isocarbophos degrade faster than higher concentration. (4) The degradation rates of fenpropathrin and carbofuran in citrus pulp is higher than whole fruit and the peel. (5) The stable interval of isocarbophos stored at room temperature was 7 day, while fenpropathrin was 1 day, and carbofuran was less than 1 day. To prevent the decomposition of pesticide, samples should be tested quickly after collection. If needed, store at freeze condition in a short period.
