| Introducing the current major domestic and foreign classification system of Citrus. Analyzed the performace of different molecular biological techniques and their applications in Citrus taxonomic and phylogenetic research. Summarized the progress of molecular techniques of Citrus research in the past decades. Expounded the species and the number of native species，relationship between native species and the evolution and classification relationships of citrus. Aiming to provide references for the future research. |
