      为明确引起福建省芙蓉李炭疽病的病原菌种类及其生物学特性,本研究对采自永泰、连城等地的芙蓉李炭疽病果实和叶片样品,进行病原菌分离、纯化、致病性测定、形态学及分子生物学鉴定,并分析不同培养基、光照、温度、pH值、碳氮源对病原菌菌丝生长的影响。研究结果表明引起福建芙蓉李炭疽病的病原菌为胶胞炭疽菌(Colletotriichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc.)。该菌在温度为10~35 ℃均可生长,最适生长温度为20~25 ℃;在CA、PCA、OA和PDA等4种培养基中生长较好;在pH值为4~13均能生长,pH值为5~9时生长较好;当温度低于25 ℃时,光照对菌丝生长具有一定促进作用;菌丝体生长的最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨。 关键词:芙蓉李;炭疽病;胶胞炭疽菌;生物学特性;

      Determining the possible pathogens and their biological characteristics of anthracnose of Furong plum in Fujian province. The fruits and leaves samples of anthracnose of Furong plum were collected from Pingnan, Liancheng. The pathogens were isolated and the pathogenicities were determined. Identification was carried out using morphological methods and molecular biology. The mycelia growth of pathogen was analysis under different media, light, temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen sources. It showed in the results that pathogen was Colletotriichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc. The mycelia can grew at the temperature ranging from 10 to 35 ℃, the optimum growth temperature was 20~25 ℃. It grew better on the four mediums, CA, PCA, OA and PDA. And it grew at pH value 4~13, and better at 5~9. The light was improved on the mycelia growth as the temperature was below 25 ℃. The optimum carbon source for the mycelia growth was lactose, and the optimum nitrogen source was peptone.
