      为探究不知火桔橙单果间及不同果瓣间风味品质的具体差异,以不知火桔橙果实为试材,对来源于不同结果母枝的单果及同一果实不同果瓣的品质进行了测定分析。结果表明,单果间内质可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)、Vc、TSS/TA差异都很大,单果间TSS和TA极差分别达4.5和0.4个百分点;同一果实不同果瓣间TSS差异更大,果瓣间TSS极差达8.5个百分点。不知火桔橙单果间和果瓣间的内质差异大,口感风味悬殊,商品均一性较差。总体而言,来源于秋梢结果母枝的果实品质总体优于来源于春梢结果母枝的果实,且单果间和果瓣间的品质差异也更小。因此,不知火橘橙栽培管理上应尽量实现秋梢结果母枝结果,改善果实品质的均一性。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to investigate the particular quality differences among fruits and among carpels in each fruit.’Shiranuhi’ tangor [(C. sinensis Osbeck?C. unshiu cv. Kiyomi)?(C. reticulata cv. Blanco)] fruit was used as experiment material to analysis the quality among fruits and among carpels in each fruit from different fruit bearing branches.【Results】The results showed that great differences existed among fruit internal quality including total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acid (TA), vitamin C and TSS/TA, and the range values of TSS and TA were 4.5 and 0.4 percent points respectively. Much great TSS differences were found among carpels in each fruit, and its range value was as high as 8.5 percent points. Therefore, internal quality among fruits and among carpels in each fruit was great, and its fruit quality uniformity was poor. Overall , fruits from autumn fruit bearing branches had better quality than those from spring fruit bearing branches, furthermore, the internal quality difference among fruits and among carpels in each fruit was also smaller.【Conclusion】For Shiranuhi’ tangor production management, more and better autumn fruit bearing branches should be cultivated to produce more uniformity and better quality fruits.
