      以湖北罗田县主栽板栗品种‘羊毛栗’为对照,对新品种‘罗田乌壳栗’果实耐贮性及其采后品质变化进行了研究。结果表明:‘乌壳栗’耐贮性优于‘羊毛栗’,冷藏(0~3℃)200d时‘乌壳栗’好果率78.89%,‘羊毛栗’好果率35.55%;冷藏期间,2个品种果实蛋白质含量无显著变化,果实含水量、淀粉含量和维生素C含量显著下降,还原糖含量显著上升,可溶性总糖含量先上升后下降;2个品种果实冷藏期间主要品质变化趋势存在较大差异。
英文摘要:
      The storability and quality changes of a new chestnut cultivar ‘Luotianwukeli’ were studied compared with ‘Yangmaoli’, which was as a major cultivar of Luotian County in Hubei province. The results showed that after 200 days of storage at 0~3℃ , the rate of good quality fruit of ‘Luotianwukeli’ was 78.89%, while ‘Yangmaoli’ was only 35.55%. During the storage, protein content of the two cultivars had no significant changes, content of water, starch and vitamin C decreased significantly, reducing sugar content increased significantly, total soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased. There were differences between the two cultivars in trends of main fruit quality during the storage.
