为了探明晚熟柚类良种徐家白柚的适宜采收期和耐贮性,本试验对该品种不同采收期果实品质和贮藏100天和160天的果实理化指标进行了研究,并进行了感官评价。结果表明:徐家白柚最佳采收时间为12月下旬,此时固酸比为15.18。徐家白柚果实贮藏100天可溶性固形物和固酸比变化不大,失水率仅18.88%,好果率为100%,果面光滑,内质优,风味佳,商品性好;贮藏160天可溶性固形物含量略有所下降,但可滴定酸含量显著减少,Vc含量也有所下降,部份果实果肉有酒腐味,食用价值大大下降,好果率仅66%。 |

In order to ascertain the optimum harvest time and storability of late-maturing varieties ‘Xujia ’ Pumelo, the fruit quality in different harvest time was tested, and the physical and chemical indicators of fruits were studied after stored for 100 days or 160 days respectively. The sensory evaluations were made at the same time. The results showed that the optimal harvest time of ‘Xujia’ Pumelo was in the late December, when the solid acid ratio was 15.18. After stored for 100 days,there was no great difference in soluble solids and solid-acid ratio. The fruits were kept 100% intact as before,with smooth peridum, interior quality, and 18.88%water loss rate.After stored for 160 days, the soluble solids content decreased slightly, but the titratable acid content reduced significantly,and Vc content also declined.But some fruit pulp had rotten flavor,which lead the edible value declined significantly. |
