以‘非洲骄傲’番荔枝(Annona squamos cv.Af rican pride (AP))幼苗为试验材料,研究喷施不同浓度大豆多肽水溶液对番荔枝苗木生长、叶片品质和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:喷施大豆多肽水溶液可显著促进番荔枝幼苗生长,提高叶片品质,其中总体喷施效果较好的6g/L大豆多肽处理60d后,与对照相比株高、地径、叶片数分别增加了7.48cm、0.11cm、3.6片,叶面积、叶片干重分别提高了23.33%、46.43%;叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖分别提高了41.29%、72%、105.88%、23.34%;另外,经不同浓度大豆多肽处理后,番荔枝叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,抗氧化酶系统的关键酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)抗环血酸过氧化物酶(APX)均表现在低浓度(≤6g/L)时随浓度增加活性增强,在高浓度(>6g/L)时随浓度增加活性逐渐降低,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性随浓度增加变化不大。因此,在‘非洲骄傲’番荔枝幼苗生长期以喷施6g/L大豆多肽为最佳处理。 |

The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of young seedlings of Annona squamos cv.Af ric- an pride (AP)sprayed with different content of Soybean peptide on the growth of stem ,the leaf quality and the anti-
oxidant enzyme activity .The African pride seedlings were sprayed with Soybean peptide with 3 g/L、6 g/L、9 g/L and 12g/L every 15 days(CK:Sprayed with water).The quantity of Soybean peptide sprayed was 100mL per plant every time. The result showed that the plant height and leaf quality can be promoted by spraying Soybean peptide. For
Example,the young seedlings of AP sprayed with 6g/L (the best concentration) after 60d,compared with the control, the height of plant,root collar diameter,number of leaves were increased by 7.48cm、0.11cm、3.6 leaves respective-
ly,and leaf area,leaf dry weight increased by 23.33%、46.43% respectively; Chlorophyll ,carotenoid,soluble protein and soluble sugar increased by 41.29%、72%、105.88% and 23.34% respectively;In addition,Soybean peptide with different concentration could enhance the activities of superoxidase (SOD),peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX) ,but decline the content of malondialdehyde (MDA).However, the proper concentration for the growth of young seedlings of squamos cv.African Pride is 6g/L under the experiment condition. |
