      以川梨(Pyrus pashia Buch-Ham.)、豆梨(Pyrus calleryana Decne)和杜梨(Pyrus betulifolia Bunge)果实以及嫁接在3种砧木上的砂梨品种‘丰水’果实为试材,采用高效液相色谱,比较了3种砧木果实与接穗品种果实中有机酸组分和含量变化特点,探讨了砧木对接穗品种果实中有机酸代谢的影响。结果表明,供试砧木和接穗品种果实中有机酸种类上并无显著差异,均含有草酸、奎宁酸、苹果酸、莽草酸和柠檬酸等5种有机酸,不同砧木对接穗品种‘丰水’梨果实中有机酸代谢具有调控作用,杜梨可以降低‘丰水’梨果实中柠檬酸的含量,导致苹果酸含量与柠檬酸含量的比值升高,从而提高果实的品质,梨果实中苹果酸和柠檬酸的含量变化与砧木种类有关,特别是当果实中苹果酸和柠檬酸的含量无显著差异时,将梨果实有机酸代谢类型分为苹果酸优势型和柠檬酸优势型的分类方法难以应用。
英文摘要:
      P. pashia, P. calleryana, P. betulaefolia and their grafted ‘Hosui’ were used as experimental materials in this article. The components and content changes of organic acids in fruits of 3 kinds of rootstocks and their scion variety with HPLC were compared, and the effects of rootstocks on organic acid metabolism of their scion varieties were discussed. The results showed that the organic acids in the fruits of rootstocks and their scion varieties are similar, including oxalic acid, quinine acid, malic acid, citric acid and shikimic acid. There was a regulatory role in organic acid metabolism by rootstocks for their scion cultivar 'Hosui' .The content of citric acid would be decreased when the ‘Hosui’ pear was grafted on P. betulaefolia, the ratio of malic acid accounted for citric acid would be increased, and the quality in fruits would be improved. The content changes of malic acid and citric acid in pear fruit were related to rootstock species. Especially when the contents of malic acid and citric acid in fruit were not different significantly, it would be difficult to apply the classification method that diving organic acid metabolism in pear fruit into malic acid-dominant and citric acid-dominant.
